I was browsing through websites looking for nice upcoming movies this year when i spotted this title that catch my attention. I first came across this book 3 years ago when i started reading Dan Brown titles. I started off reading "The Da Vinci Code" after reading all the hoo-haa the book generated in the papers, I followed up with its pre-quel "Angels and Demons" and realised that this is in fact a book that is better, in my opinion, than "The Da Vinci Code". Its been rumored that this movie is in production after the success of DVC but there was no news of when it will hit our screens until now. According to the site, the movie will be screened on the 15th of May. Here is the teaser trailer from youtube;

The initial plan for today was to play mahjong with GF, GF's sis (Jolin) and her husbang (Gan), but got a message from Gan at 12+ saying he can't make it for mahjong today as he has to attend a dinner. So after picking up gf from work, I suggested to GF that we could watch Red Cliff 2 in the evening.

After reaching GF's place, went to Cathay's website and booked 2 tickets for the movie at Causeway Point. Took a nap and after dinner proceeded to CWP for the movie.

The movie lived up to expectations just like its 1st installment, the battle scenes are very well made although it may seem abit messy to those who did not have any knowledge of the three kingdom's story. Personally, I feel that the talk scenes are too draggy although it might be required to give us an understanding of the strategy making process.

All in all, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Strongly suggest that everyone go catch the show and have a feel for yourselves. Be warned though, the killings in the movie are not for the faint of heart.

Recently came across this album by 卓文萱. Her 4th album release, following the previous album 1 year ago, this being named 超級喜歡 or "My Favourite Kind Of Genie" in english. Really love the songs in this album. Haven't really been following on her songs in the past, and this album really make me notice this girl.

Saw this trailer on YouTube about the new Jack Neo movie coming on Chinese New Year. Will be bringing my family to watch this movie. Meanwhile, enjoy the trailer and also don't miss the phone teaser that are currently showing on cinemas prior to movies.

I have been a huge fan of Jay Chou since his "Ye Hui Mei" album and as soon as this album was launched, I went to get a copy of the album. As the norm as all other Jay albums, the initial hearing of the album gives the feeling of music that is below his normal standard. After repeatedly listening to the album for a few times.
